Figure 1: This is a map of all six-cutter restriction sites on the IDH2 gene. Map is provided by SGD. To access an 'active' copy of this map, click SGD link and search for gene. Then under "Sequence Analysis Tools" select "Restriction Map". Next choose "six-base cutters" under the "Choose Restriction Enzymes" heading.
