Gymnotidae,
Hypopomidae,
Mormyridae,
Gymrarchidae,
Sternopygidae,
and a few members of the families
Malaptururidae,
Rajidae,
Uranoscopidae,
and Torpedinidae. These fish are mostly freshwater fish from
South America and Africa
