On this page, you can see Human Very Long Chain Acyl-Coa Dehydrogenase (Acadvl). While it spins, notice the protein and try to detect the fatty acid substrate.
SRY is green, shown as a sticks, and the DNA is CPK color, now in spacefill. Notice how SRY binds to particular bases.
What happens to the DNA when SRY binds? Why is this physical change in the DNA significant?
