The plot indicates that the protein crosses the membrane several times, making it an integral membrane protein.

 

Anitgenicity plot. Linear sequences from 120 to 150, 250 to 290, and 620 to 650 might make the best peptide for generating a monoclonal antibody.They are the most hydrophilic.
