     relevant courses include; organic 1-2, physics 1-2, calculus 1-2, biochemistry, developmental, and molecular biology.

 Research
    Microbiology/Immunology Research Assistant in Dr.Virella's Lab at the Medical University of S.C.(MUSC).
      Duties included weekly preparation and participation in gel electrophoresis and spectrophotometric experiments.

    Directed Research at the School For Field Studies, Nairobi, Kenya. Determined optimal cropping scheme for a wildlife
      game ranch.

Skills
    Analytical Laboratory Techniques including; spectrophotometry, Bradford assay, and gel electrophoresis.

     Molecular Laboratory Techniques including; PCR, non-radioactive methods for Southern and Western blots,
     Ligation, Transformation, and gel purification.

     Computer Techniques for Mac and PC include; MacDNAsis, web authoring, WordPerfect, Word, and Excel.

Leadership
    National Outdoors Leadership School (NOLS) Complected leadership/conservation curriculum and hiked 180 miles through
           Alaska's Talketna Mountains.
    Elected the student body seat on the Faculty Educational Policy Committee
    Chairman of Academic Affairs Committee
    Member of Alpha Epsilon Delta, and Tri Delta Honor Societies
    Organized and participated in annual Habitat, MADD, and Cystic fibrosis functions
