To see what your protein looks like, I suggest you go to FirstGlance in Jmol, paste in your PDB ID number in the empty box, and then explore the structure.

I made a new tutorial for you to explore. You can see what I have done with the buttons and modify as you need to. You do NOT have to do any particular displays or movements. Remember the goal is to communicate about your favorite protein to a new reader. Rely upon what you have learned from your last two web pages.

Here are the steps you need to go through to get a tutorial up and running.
