The
Biology Department offers many opportunities
for students to gain research experience. In
addition to the research projects that are an
integral part of laboratory courses, students
may design semester-long independent research
courses (Bio371 and 372), participate in paid
10 week summer internships, and develop year
long honors thesis projects.
A
sampling of the current research directions are
listed on the left.
