My Name is J. D. Willson and I am currently a senior biology major at Davidson College I am very interested in all aspects of biology from herpetology and conservation biology to cell and molecular biology and genetics. Although I was raised in Belmont, Massachusetts, I have come to regard Davidson as a second home. I have become very involved in many conservation issues in this area as well as developing a love for the community and life style of Davidson . This web page is for a new course being offered at Davidson by Dr. Malcolm Campbell on Genomics, Proteomics, and Bioinformatics. Information displayed on this page is meant to give other students and the public a better understanding of the relatively new field of genomics and give a few examples of genomics in action.
