A castle near Oban.

A loch near Oban.

Another castle, between Oban and Fort William.

Looking in the opposite direction from the castle.

Another beatiful view on the way to Fort William.

Us, with the castle in the background, proving we were there.

The "Wee Lass" marching pipers, Fort William.

View from our hotel, the Clan McDuff Hotel, Fort William.

Same view.

Tim opening a gate for Chris after I drove down the wrong road to get to the Commando Memorial (near the site where all Commandos trained during WWII).

View from the Commando Memorial.

Overlook north of Fort William, a good example of forest management.

One of the most beautiful days we had. Folks, this is Scotland when the sun shines.

Forest management - some parcels clearcut, others in different stages of growth.

Another view of forest from overlook.

Bluebell

Eilean Donan Castle, near Dorie.

The traveller's about to enter the Castle.

Some of the delicacies offered in Scotland. We tried very few of these - I was only adventurous in trying as many different ales as I could!

These defenders of Eilean Donan Castle don't stand a chance against me!

Two lasses at Eilean Donan Castle.

"Watch out for that low..." "Ow!" "Too late."

I fared no better.

The small island is just off the island where Eilean Donan Castle lies - they're building a dog castle there soon.
