*Actual Experiment and Data Collection*

This summer I am researching whether or not getting legally drunk once a week will have the same affect on lung (L2) cells as moderately drinking twice a week. In order to find what concentrations of ethanol to use I tried to think about the most common cases of alcohol use. the two Blood Alcohol Content levels that I chose were 0.08%(legally drunk limit) and 0.06%(considered moderately drunk). I plan to research from 5 different points.

My hypothesis is that the amount of damage would be similar in plates one and three because the alcohol that was placed in plate one on day one will have been metabolized and absorbed by the time of the second scheduled dosage.
