Microarray Facility

• Students design and produce their own DNA chips to conduct research.
• Student-friendly research and course work.
• Scanner funded by NSF MUE grant.

 

Danielle Choi ('04) scans barcode chips that she designed and printed, with oligos
designed by Daniel Yuan and Jef Boeke (collaborators at Johns Hopkins University).
Data analyzed using MAGIC Tool which Danielle help create as well.
