1) DNA Microarray Methodology

Emily Oldham ('03) worked summer 2002 and 2002-2003 academic year.
Self-designed Genomics Major (math and biology blend)

Microarray Facility

Dan Pierce (’03) prints DNA microarrays for his independent study project.

Danielle Choi ('04) scans barcode chips that she designed and printed, with oligos
designed by Daniel Yuan and Jef Boeke (collaborators at Johns Hopkins University).
Data analyzed using MAGIC Tool which Danielle help create as well.
