  • Varied vegetation (deciduous and evergreen, dense and sparse woodland, open pastures, shrubs and grasses)
  • Varied water sources (temporary and permanent, small streams, wet bog areas)
  • Wildlife known to inhabit the area include turkey, groundhog, deer, songbirds, and trout.
