Habitat: Wooded or secondary growth areas in lowland moist and wet forests and premontane wet forest and rainforest.

Biology: Nocturnal and arboreal.

Food: Feeds on small mammals, frogs, lizards, birds, and bats.

Note: There are multiple color variants in this species.
