I'm am a senior at Davidson and have been working in the Herpetology Lab since spring semester of my Junior Year. One aspect of the lab in which I have been involved is the ongoing stream salamander project. The project is designed to study the effects of urbanization on local salamander populations. I have also helped run the drift fence on the Davidson Ecological Preserve. Helping out in the lab has taught me a lot about local reptiles and amphibians.
