Female Dominance in Mammals

Female dominance is a behavior rarely observed in the animal kingdom, especially by mammals. This case study was designed to guide students through important questions in order to determine why and how this behavior has evolved. Students can conduct the case study step by step to come up with their own conclusions. At the end of the discussion a literature review can be accessed with more precise answers to the questions posed. With the aide of the case study and literature review, students will be encouraged to think for themselves before being provided with the literary accepted responses.
