In the spirit of providing a high quality of care to animals used
in the laboratory, this institution follows the regulations outlined under

Animal
Welfare Act and sets policies according to The
Guide for the Care and Use of Laboratory Animals. Davidson College
also maintains a letter of Assurance to Comply with the National Institutes
of
Health Public
Health Service Policy on Humane Care and Use of Laboratory Animals.
